Project Overview

For the past four years, I’ve led the design of the annual Variety – the Children’s Charity Impact Report, working closely with the marketing manager to develop each edition from concept to final delivery. My goal was to modernise the report’s look and feel—transforming it from a traditionally functional document into a vibrant, engaging publication that invites readers in and celebrates the heart of the organisation’s work.

Using bold colour palettes, organic graphic elements and intuitive layouts, each document is designed to effectively communicate key messages while infusing joy, warmth, and a strong emotional connection into each page. The result is a document that not only informs but truly reflects Variety’s mission to support children in need—turning data and updates into a meaningful visual story.

Social Media

To extend the reach of each year’s Impact Report, I created a suite of social media graphics designed to highlight key statistics and achievements across Variety’s digital channels. These visuals were crafted to be bold, clear, and scroll-stopping—ensuring important messages remained accessible and engaging in fast-paced online environments, while maintaining consistency with the overall report design.
