
Project Overview
The Variety Grand Final Lunch is a major fundraising event celebrating the AFL Grand Final while supporting children in need. Over three consecutive years, I collaborated with the event team to deliver a wide range of print and digital design assets.
My role included developing the overall event branding, which evolved year to year, as well as delivering design assets across the full event cycle — from early promotional materials like social media graphics, invitations, and eDMs, to on-the-day collateral including event programs, media walls, LED screen content, and other signage. Each piece was created to reinforce the event’s identity, ensure clear communication, and enhance the guest experience while supporting Variety’s fundraising efforts.

Major Raffle Campaign
The Variety Grand Final Lunch Raffle is a major fundraising activation, supported by a standalone campaign and visual identity. Open to the general public as well as event guests, the raffle ran in the lead-up to the event and culminated in a live draw on the day. Delivered in partnership with Sheen Panel Service and KIA Chadstone, I was responsible for the creative concept and rollout of all materials. This included promotional posters, flyers, social media graphics, web and eDM headers, and the raffle ticket design. The visuals were intentionally bold and high-impact to maximise reach and drive participation both online and in person.
